 Women's Self Defense Class

This class focuses on protecting personal boundaries, de-escalating a threatening confrontation and using physical defense to get away from an assault. When you attend, you are also entitled to a one week free of adult classes.  Class will be on july 17th from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Location: 4513 E. Main st stocton ca, Everyone is welcome.  The fee is $25.00 per student or non student.  Any questions please call (209) 464-4233.

Movie Night

 Come join us for a funfilled Kids Movie Night!  Movie Night will be held july 10th 2010 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.  Parents you can drop your kids off and pick them up no later than 9:00pm.  The cost is $20.00 per child.  We will have pizza, soda, cupcakes, movies, games, dance competition and prizes.  Let the kids enjoy a night out, meet new friends while having a blast. See you there!!  Space is limited so call today.  (see contact number above)

 Cardio Fit Class

We have a new cardio fit class starting in 2010 saturdays @ 8:30am & mondays & thursday @ 8:30pm!  Its a one hour workout to help some of you out there with your New Years Resolution for weight loss or just to help keep fit.  Sign up today. for more info contact (209)464-4233

Little Warriors Program

We have a new program for 3 and 4 year olds on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:00.  These little warriors will learn basic moves like strikes, kicks and blocks.  Sign up today. ( parent paticipation)
